I received approved Labor Certificate yesterday from Dallas(BEC?)center, the date I filed to State was Feb.2003 and then was transfered to Dallas this Jan.. I received the comformation letter this Apr. So that's means they are working. Hopefully everybody who filed in 2003(around Feb.) will receive the approved letter in these days.
