Dear ISN members:
I just talked with from INS Services department.
SHE TOLD ME THAT INS WILL COME OUT WITH MEMO REGARDING 180 DAYS JOB CHANGE RULE FOR I-1485 APPLICANTS IN NEXT 3 WEEKS.
This is just memo, which will be sufficient for district INS offices to start processing such cases. As far as regulations are concerned, INS is finalizing them. She said regulations still would need to be approved by DOJ & DMB. This can take some time. I think we should be happy if INS gives memo to district offices at least.
