Part 10 d Good Moral character has 2 questions I am concerned about. Specifically question 16 and 19. I have several speeding tickets etc. (minor violations) For question 16 I will say yes and detail the tickets I got to the best of my memory in an additional page. However in some cases I took Deferred Adjudication (Allowed in texas). By using Deferred Adjudication I took defensive driving class and the ticket did not go on my driving record.
Based on the above I am going to answer yes to question 19 also. I am hoping I can use the same additional page to answer question 16 and 19 together because the details of the answer is the same. Any opinions?
