Good Moral Character questions and Traffic ticket

Hi,

Please help in answering the following question.

If I pleaded guilty to traffic tickets (0 points, less than $500 fine, no arrests, no detention) in 2004,

then on the N-400 form, is it ok to say NO to all questions 15-18 (section 10 D - Good Moral Character)?

Or

Should one say Yes to questions 15-18 and send court dispositions?

or

should we say No to some questions from amongst 15-18 and say Yes to other?

Please advise.

Say YES to "ever detained, arrested, or cited" question and provide the details of the ticket with the date of payment of the ticket as well.
