Part 10 d Good Moral character has 2 questions I am concerned about. Specifically question 16 and 19. I have several speeding tickets etc. (minor violations) For question 16 (Have you ever been cited by any law enforcement officer ....) I will say yes and detail the tickets I got to the best of my memory in an additional page.
However in some cases I took Deferred Adjudication (Allowed in texas). By using Deferred Adjudication I took defensive driving class and the ticket did not go on my driving record. Should I answer yes to question 19 (Have you ever been placed in alternative sentencing ....)?
Any thoughts?
