I was charged with "disturbing the peace" by my wife 6 years ago before getting my green card. I would like to know whether my application for naturalization will be denied if I apply.
I don\'t think so. You might be questioned about it though. Just have a good honest and convincing answer to them and you should be fine. I always recommend you consult a good immigration lawyer
