Good Moral Character – Disappointed!

Hi, another fairly unique situation. Any advice in this regard would be greatly appreciated and best of luck to all other participants here, a truly great forum.

During my 10 year of stay in US, unfortunately I committed the following 5 traffic violations (all were below $500 threshold). In 2008 I married to US citizen and based on marriage to US spouse, I became permanent resident in July 2009. Now next year ( 04/2012 ) I will be filing for naturalization.

My main concern here is the number of volitions, in particular seal belt related as there are 3 of them. I truly regret my earlier childish behavior but maybe it’s too late now. Even tho the last offense is in 2008 but I am still very concerned that it may disqualify me for the naturalization.

Can you guys shed some light or share your thoughts/experiences.

Again any advice would be appreciated!

08/2001 Arrived in US

Regards,

You're so fearless that you ride motorcycles and drive without a seat belt, but now you're worried about being denied naturalization? LOL.

Stop worrying. All of those are minor traffic violations and they're outside the 3-year statutory period for naturalization based on marriage to a USC.

No issue with the minor traffic offenses start studying for the test which will be more of a headache for you lol...
