Good Lawyer in Denver Area

Hi I moved to Denver from Portland Oregon
My RD is Feb2002
I joined this new company using EAD and AC21,
My old company is shutdown and my lawyer is in Portland. I contacted him and he told me that we will respond INS for job change if they issue an REF. Now he is saying that he will charge me, for responding REF

Is it make sense to change, lawyer if he is going to charge me ?
Also if INS called me for Interview then local lawyer will be helpful as he can come with me for Interview. Right?

Is there will be a problem, if I change lawyer ?

Also anyone no good immigration lawyer in Denver Area?
