Good immigration lawyer for sponsoring parents in Canada

Hi,

I am looking for a good immigration lawyer who can help me sponsor my parents in Canada. The deal is I am staying in the US, but have my Canadian PR, but still want to sponsor my parents. I know that a good lawyer knows the workarounds to these kind of situations.

You can not sponser your parents if you are not living in Canada, No lawyer can help you. Lawyer has to go according to immigration law of Canada
If you want to Sponser your parents live in Canada and meet the LICO or Minimum Income earned in Canada by working in Canada.
 
One of the things necessary while sponsoring parents is to prove you are paying income tax (working in Canada). Without that it will not be possible. I have gone thru the whole procedure for my mother/brother and am nearly going to get their landed status soon in the next few months.

From the above, it automatically follows that you have to live in Canada too.

You can consult lawyers but they might give the same answer.
 
What if you pay the income tax for Canada, while living in the US on US income? I know the tax will be huge, but i guess it would be worth it. What documents do they require as proof of evidence that you are living in Canada?

You have to work in Canada and then have to pay tax on Canadian Income, Living in US is not going to serve your purpose to sponser your parents. paying tax on US income is not going to work.
I have seen from your earlier post that you want to sponser your parents for Canada with out Living and earning in Canada, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR YOU at this point of time.

You should have Canada driving licence
Canada bank account, your SIN card and you should have an apartment on Rent or your own, you should live in Canada and earn in Canada and meet the minimum Income level to sponser your parents.
