I have an appointment at the Toronto consulate on Feb 6th. My Visa expired in 2006. Petition has been extended till 2011. I am also a PR of Canada.

I have Bachelors from India; have been working with the same employer since I landed here (2002). I-485 pending (same employer).

I also completed part-time Masters (MBA in IT) from here in US.

So, do any of your foresee any problems? My first visa stamp was from Mumbai, second was from the State Department and this will be the third (based on the approved I-140)

For some reason, if there is delay, then can I come back on Advance Parole? Now, do I have to surrender my I-94 when I leave US for Canada - this is because, if at all I plan to use my AP?

Take it easy, your's a straightforward case, even if you didn't get the H-1B stamp you can use the AP to re-enter and work on EAD.

Yes you have to surrender the I-94 during departing the U.S. as this will generate a departure record. On entering with AP you will get an I-94 valid for an year.
