going to stay at sister's house. is it okay to set her house as domicile?

My family is going to stay at my sister's house until I get a new one.
Is it okay to set my sister's house as domicile?
Or does it have to be my name ?

What is the context of the situation? Are you a US citizen petitioning for family members? Are they inside or outside the US? Is your sister's house inside or outside the US? What stage of the immigration process have they reached?

Who is your family? Parents? Children? Spouse? Siblings?
More than one of the above?

Thanks for your kind response.

I am US citizen who is living in other country right now and planning to go back to US when my wife VISA is ready.
I submitted I-130 for my wife couple days ago.
I am unemployed now so my sister who is living in US is going to help on financial needs such as residency and co-sponsoring for I-864.
