My I-485 has been pending in EB-3 ROW and my PD is Jan 2005. I have applied to some master's programs and would like to know whats the best way to go to school full-time if the process is still pending by August 2009 (start date of my MS program).
I heard you can take a leave of absence or get an intent to rehire from the sponsoring company. Is that true?
