Going to meet Immigration Officer need advise!!

hi Friends,


My I-485 application has been pending with vermont service center since 11/23/2001. I have so far completed 3 finger prints and have just applied for my 4th EAD. I have not even received an RFE yet?.. i live in California, so i am planning to go to the INS office in California and meet an immigration office to disucss about my case to see what the hell is going on?.... does anybody have any clue if he will be able to help me with my case and also what sort of documents should i carry?

Any previous experience will also be very valuable to me.

Did you contact Senator? I think this is the best route to start enquiry.
They will take your case since it's long due.
