Going to Juarez,Mexico For changing H4 TO H1B.Any Problems.

Hi
  Iam on H4 right now.I have a valid H4 Visa stamp in my passport.I have a Master\'s degree from U.S University.And now I got a job and got H1B approval too from INS.So to get H1B Visa stamp Iam going to juarez,Mexico.
So will there be any problem to change H4 TO H1B?.Please provide your suggestions?.

not a problem if you have all necessary docs

It should not be a problem if you have all the proper documents and paper work. But you should be aware of the cancellation of the 30-day rule that went into effect on April 1. I believe you can read about it on the immigration.com website. Here\'s the link

So, if you are denied visa for some reason (unlikely if everyhting is in order), then you will not be able to come back to US from Mexico, which you could have done before Apr 1st.
