Going to India on Parole question?

If we are going out of the country on parole, would the I485 processing get stopped until we come back? ot will it continue as usual.

Hi Bene,
    Do not worry. It will not stop. In fact, one of friend\'s I-485 approved last month, when he was in India on a parol. After coming from India, he got it stamped.

I traveled on AP and its not a problem at all. At the time of immigraton in US, the IIO looks at the document and in some case send for secondary verification where they verify that the Applicant was in status, holds a valid parole document and stuff. If everything is in order, no need to worry at all. Enjoy your trip
