Going to home country with incorrect entry in GC

I just got my GC it has a wrong "Resident since date". Also it has only my middle initial whereas my passport has my middle name.
I am planning to go to my home country with this GC since I-90 replacement takes 3-5 months.
Will it be fine to go with incorrect entry on GC?

Though middle initial is there at the top(instead of middle name),I think your card will have the full name at the bottom. My card has middle initial at the top and full name at the bottom separated by
