Going to FP without appointment.

Hi. I got this funny thought. Can I go to the local Application Support Center and get FP done without the USCIS sending me the appointment letter? Just a thought. Let me know what you guys think of this....
 
I don't think you would get too far. Right at the door they ask you to show them the Biometrics notice.

Nothing funny about this. People have tried it earlier. In the past, the success rate of a walk-in FP without appt letter was higher. Ever since the system of waiting for the FP appt letter was introduced by USCIS, the success rate of walk-ins dropped down considerably. You can try to do a walk-in at a time when the ASC is not busy. The chances for you are 50-50.
 
Ok, it's not funny :D

I'll try and go ahead and go to the ASC perhaps tommorrow and see what happens. Do you think it will speed up my EAD processing? I need to start working, that's all.

I don't know which center are you going to try but two days ago I tried at Van Nuys center at 3:15 PM.and fail.

They said the center is working with USCIS but not for . But please do not hesitate to try, your luck might be better then mine. Who know

Why not give them a couple of weeks because based on your time-line I noticed that you just submited less than a more.

I don't know how to :confused: As you might awear, I'm a new member and would like very much to learn how to add the time line.

on the top left of this screen, there is a button called "user cp". click that and you can go from there. I'm new too.
 
I have added the timeline and we can keep track of what is happening.

Did you try to get the FP and what is your out come
