I Started my greencard during 1999 Aug. I got my EAD recently. I started doing my M.S from Fall 2001. Will it anyway affect my green card process. I am working with my current employer(who filed my GC) and I am attending classes twice a week (evening hours) in the nearby university.
In the GC Application for Labor there was a question whether do you intend to study? I mentioned No for that. Also i did stamping on my passport for the new H1B visa I got and there was a same question in OFC 156 Form for which i replied the same answer. At that time i was not sure whether i would do M.S or not. So I mentioned "No" for those question. Will it anyway affect if I get RFE in I-485. I am worried becoz of this September-11 incidence had made the INS scrutinize the students in F1-Visa(although i am not in F-1 Visa).
