Going to Apply for 3rd EAD and AP

Am planning to apply this week before the fees go up (before 04/30).

My 2nd EAD expires November 17 04 but looking @ the time it is taking my lawer recommended to file now !

My 2nd AP expires July 17 04

Any thoughts ?
 
In general it is good to apply 6 months in advance for EAD renewal. That means you got to apply in May (next month). If it saves you a few pennies, it might be a good idea to prepone it by a month. So your plan looks good. I am in the same boat. My 2nd EAD expires on Nov-20. I haven't decided when to apply for the 3rd EAD. I haven't recovered yet from the 1st FP expiry (My FP got expired early this month).

PS : I am glad that i haven't applied for my 2nd AP last year. Saved a few bucks. This time, i may apply for just my wife. Unless you are planning on a visit to your country, i would prefer not to put money on AP. I know that it helps in emrgency, but i am hopeful that i can approach my congress man for an emergency AP, if that warrants.

My 1st AP went down the drain.
Used 2nd AP to travel to home country, but want to get 3rd AP for emergency (my company is paying for all of this)

By the way Dsatish i just contributed a 100 bucks to the cause.

Keep up the good work and get the word out there !
