going out of hte country while I-485 is pending

Hi, folks I would greatly appreciate any input on this matter.
My wife has to leave the country for an emergency. Our I-485 is still in process. She still has H-1 visa(along with the status).
I presume this should not be a problem, I was wondering if anybody in similar situation ha any problem/ or does she still have to
get advance parole?

I did travel several times while waiting for AOS with a valid I 485
