My application WAC-02-035 rd oct 9 nd nov 9 fp 3/19 san jose is pending with CSC. I am going out of the country on vacation. Plan to get a H1 visa although I have AP and EAD in hand. As of today my AVM is still the same about " we received your application on Nov 9th ..975/999 days.." so I plan to enjoy my time off and re-join the group in June.
