I left company A in Mar 2012 with I-140 approved PD Sept 2011. Started working with Company B Apr 2012 and recently my I-140 is approved with company B with old PD of Sept 2011.
Now company A is asking to join back at Sr. position. This position is one level above that I used work at company A.
From my information company A have not revoked old I-140.
Questions:
1. Will company A have to apply for my GC again or same approved I140 can be used.
2. I am in my 7th year of H1b, will there be any trouble there while transferring H1b back to company A with 3 year extension.
