I filed a GC labor in 2002 from X company and left the company in 2003. Don't know what is the status on that now because I'm not in touch with that employer. I just have a copy of the labor filed with the state.

And then I joined Y company in 2004 and filed another GC labor from Y company in 2004.

Can I use the priority date of the labor that I filed from "X" company for the new labor that I filed from Y company? If so, what is the procedure if I can do that?

You can only use PD if you have approved I-140.
