Congrats!!! Great to see Feb 2002 approvals (My date is early March 2002, and I am on EB2, so you bring lots of hope for me )

Can you please tell me more about the "Expediate request". Is there some formal method or forms for sending a request for this to INS. My FP expires in about 3 months -so I would like to know more about it and I can start pestering my lawyer about it.
