I had been in USA from 1997 and never ever had INS given me dely in processing any of my applications! They said 150-180 days in I-140 my notice and they did it in exactly the same time.
 
Congratulations goan2005! Getting I-140 approval within six months is pretty fast at the rate NSC is processing cases these days. You might have to wait for a few more months to see your I-485 approval since you are in EB3 category, but it is great to see approvals in general.

Didn't you also apply for EAD or AP?
