Hi All,
I got approval email for I-140/485 and husband I-485, all were approved on Sept.14 with NO REF.

EB2, RIR
140/485 concurrent RD 05/01/2003
FP 06/25/2003(husband) 07/25/2003(me)
AD 09/14/2004
No LUD change till today, LUD 09/15/04
I did contact Senator's office!

Hi ,
Can you tell me which senator you contacted for your approval.I am also in the same boat. i filed my 140/485 papers on Jun 5 2003 did FP 08/18 2003 and my wife FP notice we received just now.

So hopefully we are hoping to get APproved soon.

I would say a HappyMan :D. As for others, I think that FP expiry is the key to approval these days. Faxing USCIS may be helpful too. Regards.

Having been in this forum for a while, it is hard not to be here even after the approval.
