Please advise whether its good to go for Concurrent I-140 & I485 filing with a pre-approved Labor or file I -140 and then go for CP ?
I am currently having No Birth Certifiacte to file I-485 . As the dates for filing i-485 are going to retrogress from jan 2005 should i file I-485 with out BC and wait for RFE to respond with the correct docs?
Also at what stage should i include my spouse ?
