I actually tried to get my FP at chicago, just a week before schedule, but the man at the gate/reception refused saying that is already crowded and it was Saturday. Though I tried to convience him, he did not let me in. Then when I went on my scheduled date some body else was there and they were nice. So I told him that a week back I came and I was refused. But the way he was speaking I felt he would have allowed me to take finger print. Bascially it all depends on the person. Probably if you go on a week day, generally it is less crowded you can get FP done. For me I went on a wednesday and it just took 10 mts all together
