Hi GMC,
Does your I-140 approval says like - case is approved and the letter has been sent to NVC Newhampshire address with contact number some thing like that?
Somebody on this board is saying if the 140 approval says that means eventhough you have not opted for CP the application is approved for CP and they sent the documents for CP. I am not sure how much of this is true. Oneof my friend and coleague\'s got transferd to Baltimore and their 140 also said the same thing but got approved immediately after interview with out any problem. Do not know whom should we beleive. If you can look at your 140 and mention what it says, that would be great of help. Thanks
