GKING, need your help. RFE On EAD, Help Needed, has anyone received this earlier.

"The name and country of birth reported on your application do not match our records... Please submit a copy of the biographical pages of your passport and your birth certificate with translations."

I have submitted the birth certificate which was in English and My name is the same in all the places on all the documents I have received from INS so far.

What the heck is this ?



PLEASE HELP.
 
Gowdru, just follow the RFE.

I guess the IIO got lost your boigraphic documents. No big deal in the messed TSC.

Also, did you apply I-485 on your own. Normally like myself we use lawyers and any questions like there are handled by lawyers. Anyways, with TSC anything can happen I guess.
 
Yes, I do have a lawyer.

Yes, I do have a lawyer, but the lawyer is invisible. Meaning lot of red tape. You cannot talk to the lawyer directly, so you have to jump lot of hoops to get the information.


I am planning to send the copies again.
As GKING stated earlier either the INS has lost the documents or the documents were sent incomplete from someone in the chain of hoops.
 
Question????? When they say biographic pages of your passport, does it mean ?

When they say biographic pages of your passport, does it mean "Just the copies of the passport including the blank pages right". OR does it mean something else in TSC?????
 
Passport copies

As far as I know, Biographic means all pages of the passport. That is what my lawyer told me and that is what I have presented. You are correct, we cannot talk directly to the lawyer because of the charges they make (money) and so our company has a immigration department where we send an inquiry and they either search their database to find answeres and found nothing will ask the lawyer and get the answers. This is not tru to all companies and I know that.
