Given name and Full name issue

Hi Gurus,

I have given name in passport as Name-A Name-B which does not include family name, how ever my father name on the last page of the passport has family name.

I have been including my family name in my most of the forms here, my driver license and SSN have family name too. However my visa and I-94 does not.

I have an RFE on AP for documentary evidence showing these names are of same person.

All my I-485 biometrics have full name..

What documents could I provide ? Does anyone had similar issue ?

Urgent ! Please help with name issue

I have my expired canadian PR card with FUll name, could I use this as a legal document for name change ? My passport has Given name only, PR card has given name + family name ?
 
I think, any government issued documents with your picture, date of birth and name will do. If sending copies, notarize the same before sending.

In addition, an affidavit from your parents confirming your full name may also help.
