Give fingerprints 3 times?

Today my wife (I sponsored her for a GC) got 3 different NOA receipts for I485, I131, I756. In all 3 letters it states that she will receive a letter of appointment for her biometrics. My question is, will she have to go 3 seperate times (one for each letter) or just once?

Also she didn't receive any notice about the I130, should she have?

No, she will go just once. You will receive a letter for fingerprinting, it should say code 3..
