Gurus,

When will they consider to approve 485 portability case (AC21). The fact being PD is tied to LC, so the bottom line is if 140 is revoked then there is no LC and so no PD.

Gurus please comment....

They would be using the PD printed on your 485 receipt.

There is no PD printed on the I-485 Receipt date in my case. I was under the impression that in case of AC-21 if you provide evidence of new employment in the same or similar job description then USCIS will consider your underying I-140 even if the sponsoring employer has revoked the approved I-140. Please check the AC21 Yates Memo. Can someone please clarify if this is incorrect.
