Hi ,

I have applied for FOIA in March-05 ( received on 9-MAR-05 ). So far they didn't sent anything on this.. My questions are?

1. Can I reapply or wait until some more time..

2. Should I call USCIS customer service and talk to them about my FOIA request. Do you recommend this?

When I called few days back, they told me cases of Jan 2005 are being processed. It takes 4-5 months they told me to wait for.

Format of FOIA

Hi, I am going to apply for FOIA since I do not have my LC copy and do not know what is specified in my LC about my job description. I am afraid of asking my company's lawyer. Since I am going to join a new company invoking AC21, I learnt from this forum that Job description should be the same.

Can someone tell me what needs to be put in G639 form, in the place where requesting documents to be mentioned ? What is SOA code
