Salary , EVL RFE in I-485

Folks,
I have got the Employment Verification Letter RFE from USCIS today.
Here is my history
1 - Labor Priority Date is Feb 2000 ( EB2)
2- I joined my employer in May 2007 and used the labor as subsititute and I-140 approved without any problems.
3- was stuck up in Name check and now it is cleared .
4- USCIS issued a EVL RFE. Now Here is my concern.
The salary on the Labor is 72K/annum.
1- When I joined my company and applied for 485 my salary was 100k
2- 2006 I was making 120k/annum
3- 2007 I am making 140k/annum
This is almost double the salary mentioned in the Labor? Do you think any problems in this?
I have some justification points on this increase is , based on the best performance in the team , I dont have benefits like medical insurance and other benefits plan and hence the higher salary.
Can you please let me know would USCIS be concerned about my salary?
