I moved from MA to CA. I need to renew my EAD and Advanced parole. The question I have is where should I send my application? Should it be to Vermont Service Center or California service center ? I read the instructions for filing 765. It says people living in CA should file in the CA office. However in a different section it says you should file where your 485 is pending. Please help me out.

File to the service center where you did submit your I-485.
Mine got transferred later but still I have to file like this...just was told in local office.

Compass is right -- file it in the service center where your 485 is pending.
