Hi All:
I had filed for I-485 in October 02(EB2) from Company X. My I-140 was approved and I switched jobs after 6 months to Company Y. I did not inform INS abt the change of jobs.
I recently got another job offer starting Feb 7th from Company Z. There was no news abt I-485. The online status just said ...."your appln for AOS has been recd...it takes between 570 to 600 days....."
Unfortunately, I informed my current employer(Company Y) abt my intent to leave yesterday and i saw the RFE mail frm USCIS today.
If the RFE is abt EVL, should i submit the EVL from the company Y or should i join the new company Z and submit their letter.
If the RFE asks for the last 3 paychecks, what shud i do ?
Can I respond to the RFE through Company Y ASAP and join Company Z before 485 is approved. Is the 30-60-90 rule voilated in this case.
After approval, during stamping of 551 on passport, do we need to show proof of employment and paystub.
Ginnu and Unitednations, please help....i very badly need ur expert advice.
