Dear Gilbert,

I need your help interpreting the above Presidential order into simple terms. Does it say anything to mean that all reservists and national guardsmen are currently put on active duty?

Does it indicate anywhere in the US Passport about your immigration status prior to becoming a LPR ?(AS6, EB, etc.
) If it does what will it say about those who obtained their citizenship through military enlistment.

As far as I know, national guards and the reservists are NOT on active duty. The exceptions are those ordered into active duty by President Bush. They are in the minority.

I guess you are looking into the instant citizenship issue. National guard and the reserves will not work (unless they are activated or federalized). You have to become a full-time soldier.

I do not think there are such indications at all.
