Getting through to a NCSC Customer Rep

Hello,
I want to reach a USCIS National Customer Service Center rep, but I didn't hear that would allow me to talk to a customer rep. Can some one please advise.

Try the option to say that you want to change your address. You can then talk to someone and ask them your question.

Hope you have better luck than me. The 2 times I called and spoke to someone, they weren't very helpful and were kinda rude.
 
Depending what you need from the customer (dis)service line, and how recently you submitted your paperwork, they will basically tell you to go away and come back once your application is at least 180 days old.
