I've filed for the the Labor processing more than a year ago. It cleared the State in a month and it was moved to the DOL. I was told by the attorneys that PA won't issue the Application Receipt Numbers for the PA regions. I've been waiting more than a year and didn't know the status of the labor certification. I'm in a situation where I can't contact the attorneys to get the status. The only way I used to get the status before is by calling a PA status line. This line is down for a longtime now. I'm in a situation where I already might have got the labor cleared but not being notified by the attorney and employer.
Is there any way to get the status of the labor? Please advice.
