I am in the process of getting green card process started for my parents living in India. I have downloaded the I-130 & I-864 forms (unless I am missing anything else) which I think should do.
Here are few questions for which I am looking for answers:
If I choose to get this done via Consular Processing (CP), when do I make that choice?
My parents are married for over 45 years and they don't have a marriage certificate. What other options I have where by I can provide a document in lieu of their Marriage Certificate
During the process, can they still visit USA (they have a multiple entry visit visa)? If yes, will it affect the process?
I would appreciate if anyone can help me out here.
