I am a US citizen, and planned to get marry (by court) to a Philippine's Fiancee this Jan 2016. We also have a Church wedding in Jan of 2017 ( exactly one year apart). I would like read your experiences, from anyone who had or currently undergoes the I-130 process with a Philippine's spouse. I am trying to collect data on the timeline, so that I may bring my future wife to the U.S as soon as possible after our church's wedding. Please list any issues you had that held up your cases. I am Planning to do it myself without legal counsel. Any advise is most appreciated.
