Hello All,
I don't know how u guys are feeling. But, I am really getting frustrated with the rate of 485 approvals. I don't see any light...Are there any approvals at all?..I don't know how many cases they are approving every month..

Hi

Service centers are more concentrating on transferring files and the receiving ends are trying keep all the files in the storage cabinet. So there will be delay in processing 485s. I can feel your frustration because I am also in the same boat. Take it easy.
 
May be they are wating for the fees increase resolution. If so, we will see more approvals only after June.
 
hi guys.
i am another one who is waiting for that background check to be cleared.and i am pissed as hell, because that is the only thing that is stopping me from getting my green card.

Why they don`t charge us $1000, more and give us hope to get GC approval in 2007.
