Getting NEW H1-B Visa stamp in OTTAWA

Hi,

I am a Canadian Permament residence living in Canada. Have BE degree from India. My first time H1-B pettion is approved and the consulate notified is OTTAWA.

To get the H1B visa stamp from OTTAWA, What are all the documents required?

Now Do I need to be employed to get the visa stamp?

Go to www.nvars.com . Really not sure whether you have to be actually employed to get the Visa stamped , but the paystubs requirement is there , so I guess you have to be employed , but that's just my opinion though.
