I have been in the US since March 1999 on H1B Visa and my H1B expires in March 2005. My fiancee is a US citizen and we are getting married next month in the US court and soon after will leave for India to have a traditional hindu wedding. I had applied for my green card through work in September 2001 and I am still awaiting labor certification.
I want to know if I should re-apply for Green Card based on marriage or should I let it be through work as it's been 2 years already since I applied for labor certification. Please suggest.
