I currently applied for OPt card(march) to start job in early june. I'm on F1 status until 2010. I plan to go to India with valid ead card and employment letter to India and get married and return by june.
Will there be a problem if my spouse intends to process dependant f2 visa when I'm on opt card?
My employer will start h1 processing very soon after few months of probation period and before my opt finishes. Is it necessary for my spouse to wait until I receieve h1 visa and then apply as h1 -dependant (h4) and not go for f2 visa?
Any help with the questions is appreciated.
