Getting married to the US Citizen after getting GC through the lottery

Hi all! I have a question regarding a marriage to a US citizen. I know after getting married one is able to obtain citizenship after 3years, whereas for GC holder - 5years. If I marry my fiancé after a year from getting my Green Card through the lottery, will this one year already count in to those 3 years, and I will be able to start the citizenship process after 2years of marriage? Or will it be counted from the date of our marriage? Thank you!

The shortest time of the two options - in other words, three years after the marriage (one year before the DV process would allow).
