I checked the INS web site and it is not clear to me where I have to go to get my interim EAD in San Francisco. Is it the Washington street address or the Sansome street address? Also, my EAD RD is 9/4, so I should be ok to get my interim EAD on 12/4, right? Thanks in advance.
