M mitwaa Registered Users (C) Jun 25, 2002 #1 I filed by 485 RD Aprl 22, 2002. AFter 90 days has passed, can i walk to Arlington, VA - INS office to get an interim EAD? Do they allow that with just the receipt notice of 485 and EAD? any experiences? thanks

A abci Registered Users (C) Jun 25, 2002 #2 Arlington does not issue temp EAD U have to go on a Wednesday and show your EAD receipt (Since 90 days have passed) and then u will be issued a card.
