Hi Friends,
Few days back I got my H-1 thru my sister's( has GC) company.
Now what should I do to apply for my GC thru that company under POTENTIAL INVESTOR( I am not sure of the that this is the correct name for such a kind of process).
what are the requirements for this kind of GC( any link)?
can I do this just after getting H-1?
Do I really need a job( I am placing people thru this company and the company is not making huge money but its ok and
I can also have my sister add me as one of the executive member)?
